- Finely chopped small onions and green chilies
- Salt, red chili powder, coriander powder
- Tempering: oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix curd, onions, chilies, and spices.
2. Prepare a tempering (tadka) with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and optionally green chilies.
3. Pour the tempering into the curd mixture.
4. Dip bread slices into this mixture, making sure they are fully coated.
5. Toast the dipped bread on a tawa until golden and crisp.

Savory Version
Ingredients:

Method:
