My Homemade Favorites – Drinks & Snacks With a Personal Twist

There's something special about homemade recipes — the comfort, the customizations, and the little personal touches that make them your own. Today, I’m sharing my version of some all-time favorites: Coffee, Mango Shake, Banana Shake, and Bhel. These are quick, satisfying, and full of flavor — just how I like them. Try them out and make them yours!

 ☕ My Style Coffee – Creamy & Customizable

If you love cafe-style coffee but want to make it at home, this easy method is for you!

Ingredients:

* Coffee

* Sugar

* Water

* Milk (hot or cold as preferred)

How to Make:

1. In a small bowl, mix 1 spoon coffee powder, 1 spoon sugar, and 1½ spoons water.

2. Whisk it well using your hands, a hand blender, or a mixer until it becomes creamy.

3. Taste and adjust the sugar if needed.

4. In a mug or cup (I prefer a mug!), add 2 spoons of the whipped coffee.

5. Pour in hot milk for a warm coffee, or chilled milk with ice for cold coffee.

That’s it! Creamy, smooth coffee just the way I like it.

🥭 My Style Mango Shake – Fruity & Fun

Perfect for summer, this mango shake is rich, refreshing, and super satisfying.

Ingredients:

* Ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)

* Sugar

* Milk

* Ice cream (any flavor you like)

* Tutti frutti

* Chopped nuts

How to Make:

1. Blend mango pieces with sugar in a mixer until smooth.

2. Add milk — use less for a thick shake, more for a thinner one — and blend again.

3. Pour the shake into a mug (don’t fill it to the top).

4. Add a scoop of ice cream, then top with tutti frutti and chopped nuts.

Serve chilled and enjoy this fruity treat!

 🍌 My Style Banana Shake – Comfort in a Glass

Banana shake is my quick fix when I want something tasty and filling. Here’s my version:

Ingredients:

* 2 bananas

* Sugar

* Milk

* Ice cream (optional)

* Tutti frutti and chopped nuts (optional)

How to Make:

1. Blend bananas and sugar until smooth.

2. Add milk depending on how thick or light you want your shake. Blend again.

3. I personally like to strain the shake before serving — it gives a smoother texture.

4. Pour into a mug, and top with ice cream, nuts, or tutti frutti if you like.

It's delicious either way!

🥗 My Style Bhel – Crunchy, Tangy, and Totally Yours

A quick and spicy snack that never fails to hit the spot!

Ingredients:

* Puffed rice (murmure)

* Finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili

* Aloo bhujia or any namkeen of your choice

* Tamarind chutney (sweet and spicy)

* Green chutney (spicy, made with mint & coriander)

* Salt to taste

How to Make:

1. In a large bowl, mix puffed rice with chopped veggies.

2. Add a little namkeen for crunch — not too much.

3. Add 1 spoon green chutney and 2 spoons tamarind chutney. Adjust to your taste.

4. Sprinkle some salt, mix well, and serve immediately.

Optional Add-ons: Boiled potatoes, raw mango, coriander, or even pomegranate seeds — go wild with your version!
