A colorful, soft, and eggless tutti frutti cake that’s perfect for kids and celebrations. With fruity bits in every bite, this cake is as pretty as it is delicious!
Ingredients:

Curd – 3/4 cup

Sugar – 3/4 cup

Oil – 1/2 cup

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

All-purpose flour (maida) – 1.5 cups

Baking powder – 1 tsp

Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

Water – 1/4 cup

Tutti frutti – 1/4 cup
Method:

In a bowl, whisk curd, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract for 5 minutes.

Sift in flour, baking powder, and baking soda directly into the bowl. Mix gently.

Add water and mix into a smooth batter.

Add tutti frutti and fold it in.

Grease a mould with butter or use butter paper. Pour the batter into it.

Preheat the microwave and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Let the cake cool completely before removing from the mould.
