Eggless Vanilla Cake Without Oven

 Looking for an easy and delicious eggless cake recipe without an oven? This soft and fluffy vanilla cake is just what you need! Perfect for birthdays or tea-time treats — and yes, it’s made right on the stovetop.



Ingredients:

  • Curd – 1/2 cup

  • Sugar – 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup

  • All-purpose flour (maida) – 1 & 1/2 cups

  • Baking powder – 1 tsp

  • Baking soda – 1/2 tsp

  • Milk – 3/4 cup (add gradually)

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add curd and sugar. Mix well until smooth.

  2. Add vanilla essence and oil. Mix again.

  3. Sift together maida, baking powder, and baking soda into the bowl.

  4. Gradually add milk and mix until you get a smooth batter.

  5. Grease a cake mould with oil and pour the batter into it.

  6. Heat a large pan on low flame. Place a stand inside and preheat it for 5 minutes.

  7. Put the cake mould inside the pan, cover it, and bake on low flame for 40–45 minutes.

  8. Check with a knife — if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

  9. Let the cake cool completely before demoulding.

  10. Decorate with cream or enjoy as is!
