Healthy Fruit Custard recipe




 Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl of foxnuts (makhane)

  • Cashews

  • Milk

  • A few saffron strands (kesar)

  • Cardamom powder

  • Honey

  • Fresh fruits of your choice (e.g., grapes, chikoo, banana, pomegranate, apple, mango)

Instructions:

  1. Soak foxnuts and cashews in milk along with saffron strands.

  2. Let the mixture sit until the saffron releases its color.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add cardamom powder and honey, then blend into a smooth paste.

  4. In a large bowl, add chopped fruits of your choice.

  5. Pour the blended paste over the fruits and mix gently.

  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature as desired.
